• Class fees vary with the number of participants.
• Classes are 1.5 hours in length (telephone lessons are 30 minutes) and instructed at Eastside locations (Bellevue, Kirkland, Woodinville, Redmond and vicinity). Please consult us for other locations.
• Fees include instruction, all handouts, and email follow-up.
• We offer packages at discounted prices. Packages are convenient (you pay only once every four weeks) and allow you to reserve a weekly time slot.
• Assessment sessions for private tutoring are billed at $70 for 1.5 hours.
• Trial sessions for semi-private or group instruction are billed at $80 per 1.5 hour session.

Conditions

• Forms of payment: Cash or check.
• Payment is due in full at the end of the first session.
• Payment for telephone sessions is due in full before the first scheduled conversation. Long distance charges may apply.

Late Cancellations/No Shows

• We need to strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy so we can offer your time slot to another student in the event of a cancellation.
• No shows or late cancellations: Payment for that session is due in full.
• Please note that cancellations should be an exception. We may not be able to reserve your time slot if you cancel more than twice a month. Cancellations must be communicated by telephone or email.
